Bean Type: Bush Bean

Growing Notes: Also known as the Orca or Yin Yang. This unusual bi-colored organic and open pollinated heirloom variety is a kidney bean hybrid and has a creamy texture when cooked. Remarkably, the black and white pigments are maintained in cooking, and look great on the plate! The plants are relatively compact bushes, growing to only 18” tall. 80-90 days, Plants turned yellow/brown and most leaves fell off by the time I harvested; grow really fast!
